Fast and flow-compatible pseudo-3D diffusion NMR

Abstract

Flow NMR is indispensable in reaction monitoring, while diffusion NMR aids mixture analysis. Signal overlap remains a concern in 2D diffusion NMR. Distributing spectral information over two chemical-shift dimensions improves peak resolution and enables cross-correlations. We present a flow-compensated DOSY ultrafast COSY experiment acquiring a 3D dataset in 5 minutes.
