Aggregation state transition strategy for fluorescence imaging of pyrethroid residues

Abstract

A fluoroprobe based on coumarin was developed, achieving signal amplification through aggregation state transition. This method offers high sensitivity and 10-s rapid response for broad-spectrum pyrethroid detection. Fluorescence imaging of pyrethroid residues on wheat leaves was demonstrated, providing a powerful tool for in-situ studies on degradation kinetics on crop surfaces.
