We devised a simple method to generate membrane permeability of polymersomes. The key concept of our method is to use stimuli-responsive block copolymer as gate-generating components. Stimuli-responsive block copolymers have been adopted to prepare ‘smart nanoreactor’ that by responding to changes in temperature or solution pH.
