Tuning the memristive behaviors of electropolymerized metallopolymers via metal core

Abstract

The rational design of metallopolymers for memristive applications hinges on metal core. Herein, we investigate the memristive behaviors of two electropolymerized Co(III) and Fe(II) metallopolymers. The Co(III) core introduces an additional metal-centered reduction. As a result, the obtained Co and Fe metallopolymers display ternary and binary nonvolatile resistive memory, respectively.
