Pd(II)-Catalyzed Domino Aminopalladation/Desymmetrizative Ring-Opening of Diazabicycles: Synthesis of Indolyl-Functionalized Cyclopentenylamines

Abstract

We report herein a robust Pd(II)-catalyzed domino ring-opening coupling of diazabicyclic alkenes with 2-alkynylanilines, enabling efficient access to a diverse library of densely functionalized indolated cyclopentenylamines. This methodology provides a practical and atom-economic route for the construction of structurally complex indole derivatives, expanding the available toolbox for heterocyclic synthesis.
