Efficient Green Electroluminescence Enabled by a Cyano-Modified Double-Boron-Embedded Multi-Resonance Framework

Abstract

We report a design strategy for highly efficient, narrowband pureorganic green emitters that combines a contorted double-boronembedded skeleton with peripheral cyano modification. Nonsensitized OLEDs incorporating this new emitter deliver a maximum external quantum efficiency of 36.5% and a peak power efficiency of 197.7 lm W⁻¹ with low efficiency roll-off.
