Perovskite-gold shell composite nanoprobe for trimodal lateral flow immunoassay detection of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies

Abstract

A CsPbBr3@SiO2–Aushell nanoprobe enables trimodal (colorimetric/fluorescent/photothermal) lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for SARS-CoV-2 IgG detection. This multi-signal approach offers environmental adaptability and internal cross-verification, with the photothermal mode achieving the highest sensitivity (LOD: 0.4 ng mL−1). The work presents a robust strategy for sensitive point-of-care testing.
