Direct photocatalytic slelective C–H aminoalkylation of cubanes is achieved via TBADT-mediated HAT. This radical addition strategy bypasses pre-functionalization, offering a streamlined route to valuable 3D cubane-aryl methylamine bioisosteres under mild conditions.
