Rigid arc-shaped ligands for the fabrication of dative B-N-bonded crystalline porous polymers
Abstract
interest for the unique opportunities they offer in molecular design and function. Dative B–N bonds are ideal linkages for such frameworks, enabling structural precision and robust performance. However, the substantial conformational freedom associated with dative B–N bonds hinders porosity control. By using rigid arc-shaped ligands to guide dative B–N assembly, we suppress interpenetration and obtain a high-porosity crystalline porous polymer with continuous channels, which enables dynamic C2H2/CO2 separation and provides a general strategy for purely organic porous frameworks.
