Site-specific N-Glycoproteomic analysis of four M2 macrophage subtypes derived from human THP-1 cells

Abstract

This study systematically analyzed the site-specific N-glycosylation in four M2 macrophage subtypes using glycoproteomic approaches and N-glycan structural characterization tool StrucGP. The altered glycopeptides in different M2 subtypes, their potential biological functions, and related diseases were further investigated to facilitate research into macrophage-related mechanism and disease.
