Threonine: A Universal Single-Molecule Bifunctional Modifier Boosting for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells and Modules

Abstract

By introducing threonine into the SnO2 as a bifunctional linker to improve the buried interface properties via dual-side molecular anchoring. The modified perovskite solar cells achieve a champion power conversion efficiency of 24.12% (0.06 cm2) with enhanced stability, 18.26% (rigid) and 15.17% (flexible) for 10*10 cm2 modules.
