Abstract
Symmetrical-waveform alternating current activation uses symmetric alternating-current pulses to in situ engineer NiFeOxHy, creating electron-enriched lattices that boost the OER by improving intermediate adsorption, conductivity, mass transport, and active-site access, giving 33.8% higher current at 2.3 V vs. RHE and 200 h stability.
