Ordered assembly of bifunctional catalysts via 3D printing for CO2 hydrogenation to light olefins
Abstract
A monolithic InZr&SAPO-34 bifunctional catalyst assembled via direct ink writing 3D printing delivered an excellent C=2–C=4 selectivity of 80.6% from CO2 hydrogenation due to the enhanced mass transfer effect. Our new concept revolutionizes the traditional physical mixing mode of bifunctional catalysts with chaotic mass transfer.
