A smart tumor-responsive core-shell nanoreactor (Cu@Hemin@COF@PDA) based on covalent organic frameworks (COFs) was designed. It enhances antitumor therapy through photocatalytic H₂O₂ self-supply, glutathione (GSH) depletion via Cu²⁺/Cu⁺ conversion, and integrated photothermal properties.
