Cyclotriveratrylene-engineered 2D conductive metal–organic framework for sensitive electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide
Abstract
Exploiting the excellent solubility of bowl-shaped hexahydroxycyclotribenzylene (HCB) enabled rapid assembly of a layered HCB-Cu framework. This system synergistically utilizes its electron-rich cavity for host–guest recognition and its conjugated network for efficient electron transfer, enabling sensitive H2O2 sensing with a low overpotential.
