High peak-to-valley ratio in anti-ambipolar organic transistors enabled by two-dimensional molecular crystal heterojunctions
Abstract
We report anti-ambipolar organic field-effect transistors (AA-OFETs) based on two-dimensional molecular crystal (2DMC) p–n heterostructures. Leveraging their ultrathin single-crystalline structure, efficient carrier injection and strong gate modulation, the devices achieve an ultrahigh peak-to-valley ratio of 1.07 × 104.
