A stable amino-functionalized fluorinated metal–organic framework for efficient separation of propyne/propylene

Abstract

The separation of propylene (C3H6) is important in industry. Here, we report a highly stable fluorinated metal–organic framework, TNU-DPA-1. With a suitable pore size and abundant binding sites, it shows excellent C3H4/C3H6 separation performance. In a dynamic breakthrough experiment, a total of 19.6 mmol g−1 of C3H6 with 99.99% purity was obtained.
