Three-step process for the synthesis of 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepin-10-ol derivatives

Abstract

We reported the synthesis of 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepin-10-ol derivatives, a class of compounds that has been limitedly investigated in the literature. Our approach streamlines the synthetic process, allowing straightforward access to various substituted 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepin-10-ol derivatives. This advancement not only enhances the accessibility of these derivatives for further research but also contributes to the development of potential therapeutic agents targeting various medical conditions.
