Photo-induced silylation cyclization of indole-tethered 1,6-enynes to access silylated pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole derivatives

Abstract

Photo-involved silylation cyclization of indole-tethered 1,6-enynes with tris(trimethylsilyl)silane/silylboronate was completed, which efficiently gave various silylated pyrrolo[1,2-a]indoles with good selectivity/yields. Meanwhile, the HH-Noesy, scaled-up operation, and complex molecular derivatization examine the skeleton and application of the final silylated fused cycles. Finally, the radical inhibition/capturation studies provided insight into the silylation pathway of this cascade system.
