Photoinduced borylation of N-tosylhydrazones and application into the drug derivation
Abstract
Direct conversion of N-tosylhydrazones by photoinduced represents a novel and highly desirable transformation. Herein, we reported a mild strategy to access the borylated compounds from aldehydes-derived N-tosylhydrazones, that neither a transition metal catalyst nor a higher reaction temperature was required. By the simple and versatile strategy, gram-scale synthesis of borylated drug analogues were achieved successfully and provided an approach to facilitate the fast modification of drugs.
