Charge-transfer modulated chiroptical azacyclooctatetraene-fused [5]helicenes with AIE features
Abstract
Azacyclooctatetraene-fused [5]helicene scaffolds are integrated with phenazine to afford broadly tunable thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters (peaks ranging from 555 to 843 nm). The new emitters exhibit circularly polarized luminescence with dissymmetry factors up to 1.5 × 10−2, and characteristic aggregation-induced emission.
