Charge-Transfer Modulated Chiroptical Azacyclooctatetraene-Fused [5]Helicenes with AIE Feature

Abstract

The azacyclooctatetraene-Fused [5]Helicenes scaffold is intergrated with phenazine to afford broadly tunable thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters (peaks range from 555 to 843 nm). The new emitters exhibit circularly polarized luminescence with dissymmetry factors up to 1.5 × 10⁻², and characteristic aggregation-induced emission.
