Neutral Zinc-Air Capacitor-Battery: A Hybrid Energy Storage System Achieving High Energy and Power Performance

Abstract

By integrating a capacitor electrode into a neutral zinc-air battery, we have realized a hybrid "zinc-air capacitor-battery" that delivers low overpotential, high power density, and a long cycle life over 2200 h.
