Electron donor−acceptor complex of aryl sulfonium salt enabled hydrogen/halogen atom transfer: C(sp3)−H alkylation of glycine derivatives and late-stage modification of peptides

Abstract

Disclosed herein is the first example of visible-light-promoted C(sp3)−C(sp3) bond construction via radical−radical coupling strategy with the stepwise advancement of intermolecular charge transfer and atom transfer process for synthesizing unnatural amino acids and modifying peptides.
