Construction of Layered Na0.44MnO2 Cathode by Facile Na+/K+ Exchange Strategy to Enhance Capacity

Abstract

The Na+/K+ ion-exchange overcomes the conventional synthetic method's limitations on the Na0.44MnO2 structure. It induces the structural transformation of Na0.44MnO2 from tunnel to layered. The novel layered Na0.44MnO2 exhibits superior capacity with high structural stability. This work offers a universal strategy for designing high-performance cathodes.
