Lattice Strain Control Mechanism of Geometric Adaptation Passivation for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract

An investigation into controlling residual stress in perovskite surface lattices using 1,3-diaminopropane dihydroiodide, whose structure geometrically matches the perovskite surface lattice. Perovskite solar cells treated with this passivator achieved a maximum PCE of 24.56% and retained 91.45% PCE after 2400 hours of storage.
