Green synthesis of ultra-bright Cs3MnBr5 films by a CVD method

Abstract

In this study, we successfully synthesized Cs3MnBr5 films via vapor deposition for the first time using CsBr and MnBr2 raw materials. The optimal deposition temperature is 900 °C, achieving a maximum PLQY of 63.5%, an emission peak at 520 nm and a FWHM of 31.9 nm. Additionally, TG and DSC measurements indicate that the films possess excellent thermal stability up to 600 °C.
