Urine survivin (BIRC5) bioluminescence-based immunoassay

Abstract

Highly sensitive solid-phase microplate immunoassay for urine survivin detection was designed based on NLuc luciferase, the bioluminescence reporter. The approach was tested on model and clinical human urine samples with the results correlating well with those obtained by commercial colorimetric method.
