Integrating encapsulation and self-assembly-induced disulfide cross-linking: a universal strategy for preparing hydrophilic guest-loaded responsive hyperbranched polyglycerol nanogels†
Abstract
A simple and universal strategy is established for synthesizing hydrophilic guest-loaded responsive nanogels (NGs). This method combines the encapsulation advantages of amphiphilic HPG-LA, which consists of a hydrophilic hyperbranched polyglycerol (HPG) core and hydrophobic lipoic acid (LA) chains, with its capability to form NGs by self-assembly-induced disulfide cross-linking.
