A supramolecular nanotube used as a water-degradable template for the production of protein nanotubes with high thermal/chemical stabilities

Abstract

Adsorption and cross-linking of proteins on the surface of a supramolecular nanotube, followed by the removal of the supramolecular nanotube by water degradation, afforded protein nanotubes with high thermal/chemical stabilities.
