Brønsted acid and Lewis acid co-promoted cascade cyclization reaction and application to the total synthesis of Erysotramidine

Abstract

A Brønsted acid and Lewis acid co-promoted cascade cyclization reaction was developed for the concise synthesis of disubstituted pyrrolo [2,1-a] isoquinolines. The developed method was also successfully applied to the total synthesis of erythrina alkaloid Erysotramidine.
