Shape and size effects on photocatalytic hydrogen production via Pd/C3N4 photocatalysts under visible light

Abstract

Through a combination of operando nuclear magnetic resonance and gas chromatography, the effects of Pd nanoparticles with different crystal planes and sizes on the reduction and oxidation reaction parts of the photocatalytic reaction were studied in detail. The results show that the oxidation production selectivity of the catalyst is more affected by the crystal planes, and the reaction activity is more affected by the size.
