Abstract

we utilize a facile and gentle strategy to fabricate bacteria mimics (“bacillus” and “coccus”) endowed with carbohydrates, ologodeoxynucteotides and designed shapes via dopamine-polymer based nanoparticle fabrication and DNA-based multivalent interactions. These bacteria mimics with TLR- and CLR- targeted capabilities are demonstrated to exhibit enhanced immune stimulating efficiency
