Dual-Modulation of Electronic Structure and Active Sites of PtCu Nanodendrites by Surface Nitridation to Achieve Efficient Methanol Electrooxidation and Oxygen Reduction Reaction

Abstract

A facile method to PtCu nanodendrites rich in multiple active sites, such as metal-nitrogen was reported using pyridine as surface modifier. It exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic performance towards oxygen reduction reaction and methanol electrooxidation under acidic medium.
