Building anti-interfering DNAzyme-powered micromachine against the inhibition from biological matrices

Abstract

A DNAzyme-powered micromachine with anti-interfering propertity was bulit against inhibition derived from biological matrices. This micromachine was able to respond to specific nucleic acid or protein in serum or whole blood with high concentration.
