Electrochemical biomolecule detection based on the regeneration of high-efficiency cascade catalysis for bifunctional nanozymes

Abstract

In this work, the reusable high-efficiency cascade amplification of nanozyme was utilized for sensitive electrochemical analysis of target 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) based on reversible capture/release of electronic media in a fast and green manner.
