Palladium-Catalyzed Diastereo- and Enantioselective Formal [3 + 2] Cycloaddition of Vinyl Cyclopropanes with Cyclic 1‑Azadienes

Abstract

Palladium-catalyzed asymmetric formal [3+2] cycloadditions of vinyl cyclopropanes and cyclic 1-azadienes proceeded smoothly in the presence of chiral phosphoramidite ligands to give the corresponding highly functionalized cyclopentanes in good yields along with high enantioselectivities under mild conditions.
