Pt Nanozyme for O2 Self-Sufficient, Tumor Specific Oxidative Damage and Drug Resistance Reversal

Abstract

Herein, ultrathin Pt nanozyme has been developed. The Pt nanozyme exhibited both oxidase and peroxidase-mimetic property, leading to relieved hypoxia and specific oxidative damage in tumor cells in a cascade manner. Meanwhile, hydrophilic Pt2+ was released sustainably under tumor acidity. These issues endow Pt nanozyme with great potential in killing drug resistance tumor cells while not damaging normal cells.
