Sulfur hetero atoms based MOFs with long-last room-temperature phosphorescence and high photoelectric response

Abstract

The phosphorescent lifetime of sulfur hetero atoms containing ligands were highly increased more than 400 times through strong coordination bonds in the MOFs matrix. Photoelectric measurements exhibit abnormal enhancement of photocurrent for phosphorescent MOF when the illumination tuned off.
