Facile Solution Synthesis, Morphology Control, and Anisotropic Optical Performance of CsPbCl3 Micro-crystals

Abstract

A facile solution strategy to synthesize large size CsPbCl3 crystals was reported and uniform micrometer sized crystals were successfully synthesized in several minutes. Interestingly, the crystals were found exhibiting polarization sensitive property, with the polarization anisotropic ratio of 3, which was higher than that of aligned perovskite nanowire arrays (2.6).
