Facile fabrication of titanosilicate zeolites with unprecedented wide range of Si/Ti ratios by employing transition metal dichalcogenides as metal precursors

Abstract

In this study, layered JDF-L1 zeolites with Si/Ti ratios down to 2.0 were in situ synthesized by using transition metal dichalcogenides as metal precursors. Employment of layered TiS2 as metal precursors led to unprecedented wide range of Si/Ti ratios and effective suppression of the formation of TiO2 impure phase.
