Construction of In2O3 hierarchical microstructure consisting of single crystalline octahedral particles and polycrystalline fibers for detection of low concentration HCHO

Abstract

Tunable In2O3 hierarchical microstructure consisting of single crystalline octahedral particles and polycrystalline fibers has been synthesized by one-step electrospinning combined with subsequent calcination process, in which the enhanced gas-sensing mechanism is mainly ascribed from the synergistic effect of two typical structural units.
