Highly efficient Zn2SnO4 perovskite solar cells through band alignment engineering

Abstract

A active absorbed layer with a narrow band gap has been achieved through adjusting the ratio of halide in halide perovskite, which had a better energy alignment with Zn2SnO4 electron transport layer. The efficiency of 19.37% can be obtained, and has also been improved to 20.26% by the incorporation of cesium that gave a new triple cation perovskite.
