Reverse capture for selective and sensitive revealing the N-glycome of serum exosome

Abstract

Exosomes are emerging as a promising source of disease biomarkers. However, glycans from exosome have been less studied. Here, an analytical approach for specific profiling the N-glycome from serum sample exosome is developed. For the first time, the N-glycome of human serum exosome is reported and the potential of N-glycans from exosome as a source for biomarkers discovery was revealed.
