Nanodendritic Gold/Graphene-Based Biosensor for Tri-Mode miRNA Sensing

Abstract

Nanodendritic gold/graphene-based biosensor that can perform fluorescence, SERS and electrochemistry tri-mode miRNA detection in single microdroplet has been presented. Such biosensor successfully performed the tri-mode quantitative trace miRNA-375 detection, which enormously reduces the false positive causing by interference and ambiguous signals, and provides significant implications for precisely physiological and pathological diagnosis.
