A DNA walker powered by endogenous enzymes for imaging uracil-DNA glycosylase activity in living cells

Abstract

A DNA walker powered by endogenous enzymes is constructed. It performs automatic walking in living cells and can detect the uracil-DNA glycosylase activity in situ.
