A one-step structure-switching electrochemical sensor for transcription factor detection enhanced with synergistic catalysis of PtNi@MIL-101 and Exo III-assisted cycling amplification

Abstract

Inspired by MOFs themselves as unique matrices and electrocatalysts, we present a surprising discovery that rare PtNi@MIL-101 exhibits excellent synergistic catalysis for methylene blue. Using PtNi@MIL-101 as an efficient electrocatalyst, a one-step structure-switching electrochemical sensor for transcription factor detection has been developed for the first time.
