The determination of cystatin C in serum based on label-free and near-infrared light emitted PbS@BSA QDs

Abstract

In this paper, near infrared light emitting PbS@BSA QDs were synthesized and applied to the biosensing of cystatin C. Furthermore, PbS@BSA QDs could serve as an “optical window” for the bioimaging of cystatin C with high selectivity in the solution containing 50% serum samples.
