An unprecedented (4,8)-connected net featuring gsp2 topology and containing an exceptional coordination mode of acylamide ligand†
Abstract
A new acylamide coordination polymer, namely Cd(L)0.5(NDC) (1), was prepared by the hydrothermal self-assembly of Cd(NO3)2, N,N′-bis-(3-pyridyl)terephthalamide (L) and naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid (H2NDC). The outstanding structural feature is an unprecedented (4,8)-connected gsp2 topology with the topological symbol (4462)(416612).
