DNA concatamers-based biosensor for Pb(ii) using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy

Abstract

In this research, we demonstrate a label-free DNA concantamers-based biosensor using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for Pb2+ with a 0.1 nM detection limit. This sensor was used to assay Pb2+ in the extraction of Bauhinia championi.
